Biography:
Advanced Diploma in Culinary – London City & Guilds W.S.E.T (Level 2)
After completing AIT with honours, Dell joined the New Zealand culinary Olympic team as a commis chef, and competed in London, worked in various Michelin stared restaurants, returning to New Zealand to take up executive chef positions in various 5-star hotels and restaurants. He then joined MIT in 1992 as culinary lecturer, until 2012.
Dell has recently returned from Macau where he was a lecturer in western cuisine at Macau Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT).
He is currently lecturing in culinary at MIT.
