With this in mind, we do our best to maintain an excellent learning and work environment that's safe and welcoming for students and staff.
Reporting an incident
All students, visitors, and staff should report hazards, injuries, near-miss events, or sensitive issues using the Health and Safety Incident Report Form. This is the preferred method to ensure prompt action.
Visitors and students can also report incidents to a lecturer or MIT contact. Staff can log incidents on behalf of others via the form or through the Safety and Wellbeing Hub on MITNET.
