If you are a student or visitor please ensure you report any hazards, work-related injury, near-miss events or sensitive issues to your lecturer or MIT contact. 

All MIT staff have access to the Safety Reporting Portal on MITNET intranet, where they can log the incident on your behalf and ensure the correct actions are taken.
