Biography:
Kia ora, I’m Allie, a Talent Acquisition Consultant with People and Culture. The talent team is often the first point of contact that potential employees experience in their journey to work for MIT. It’s important to me that I create a positive experience at every touch-point, and that I promote MIT values and brand. Because MIT is a values-driven organisation, sourcing talent with mutual values that fit our culture is paramount. I am also one of the first points of contact for people leaders when they need to recruit; in partnership, we develop a strategy to ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our future strategy and values.
