Own transport

There is no car parking at the school, but there are a number of parking buildings in close vicinity. Casual, hourly and day parking rates apply and long term parking options can be arranged with parking providers.

Public Transport

Getting to and from the main New Zealand Maritime School campus in the Auckland CBD is easy and convenient as we are located opposite the Britomart Transport Centre (trains and buses) and opposite the Ferry Terminal. Trains on all lines depart from the Britomart Transport Centre on a regular basis and the bus routes into the CBD are in close vicinity to the school.

Walking and Cycling

There are also numerous cycleways and walkways that encourage cyclist and pedestrian commuter travel into downtown Auckland. There is a bike park in front of the school on Commerce Street but you are not permitted to bring bikes into the building. You will need to bring your own bike lock.
