Radhika is a long-serving staff member at MIT who has shown a strong commitment to MIT’s values in a range of roles she has served in, over the years. She has a sound knowledge of academic processes and quality assurance and she has displayed strong people leadership skills in her current academic lead role. Radhika has a drive for excellence and ten years of experience working for a large diverse tertiary education organisation and understanding of the complex and evolving nature of higher education. She is committed to accountability, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and innovation to align with organisational goals.

Radhika’s strengths lie in her ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to achieve their full potential. She strives for evidence-based and culturally responsive practices that enhance teaching practice, the quality of programmes, student success, and outcomes.

Radhika makes a very good contribution to the campus leadership team and to the different teaching teams in the school.
