  • Coffee roasting and storage – different types of roast
  • Espresso machine and grinder work station setup
  • Espresso extraction – grinding, dosing, tamping, extraction
  • Milk preparation – milk texturing, and problems with milk
  • Different coffee recipes – coffee with milk, without milk recipes, cold coffees and smoothies
  • A bit about Cocoa
  • What is Tea? – preparation
  • Customer service
  • Cleaning down the machine.
