Biography:
Ralf is a pastry chef and chef by trade. He has worked in catering, product development, quality control and as a patissier overseas and on a cruise liner, four years in the German Navy as a chef, and many more interesting and challenging positions.
Ralf has been teaching at MIT since 2003 and has experienced a lot of changes, and a massive increase in students over this time.
Why I love MIT:
It’s never boring, always challenging and working with students is very rewarding. I really enjoy knowing that we can kick-start their amazing career in a field that I am passionate about.
The pastoral care and the support for the students diverse learning needs is very amazing and goes above and beyond to help students succeed.
