Biography
Sach came to New Zealand in his early twenties and since arriving here he has worked in some of Auckland’s high-end restaurants and cafes. Sach has thoroughly enjoyed his time in the industry and is looking forward to training the next generation of chefs.
Sach's most recent stint in the industry was working for Sanford’s Auckland Fish Markets managing their multiple food outlets. He has been teaching for five years now and looks forward to meeting new students.
